Meh. No ice cream here. And additional $4 for sauce bar. Great service though and $20 weekday lunch deals are still worth it.

10/10 recommend for good food and a good time :) the service was spectacular. the waitress was super attentive and friendly and accommodating. there were also performances throughout dinner that made the place so lively and fun. for food, you order a la carte. we chose four broths, all of which had adjustable spice levels. the meat was good quality. while you are waiting for food to come out you can have any of their asian packaged snacks (rice crackers, wheat crackers, etc). they also have a relatively big sauce bar, with recommendations for sauce combinations if you dont yet have a go-to. the birthday reservation comes with a nice surprise balloon, song, pictures, and dessert!

Food: 4/5 Food is very fresh, very clean, the side dishes included are also season great. I opted for the 4 hot pot, to get a better sense of the different types of soups. My favorite was mushroom. Definitely add the mushroom and veggies. A nice touch was the included snacks such as crackers and chips. Service: 5/5 Staff was very quick and attentive. They even had a fun show which included a performer showcasing their mask changing entertainment. Ambience: 4/5 Nice area, great for large parties as well. The staff also decorates your table for any special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, or any other special events.

Five of us walked up around 5:30 pm on a Friday night and put our name on the list. We walked downstairs and within a few minutes we were told that our table was ready. We had a vegetarian in our midst so we ordered 2 vegetarian soups (tomato & mushroom), the Tom Yum soup (it had a shrimp in it) and the miso soup (fish based). The tomato soup was a hit!! It was a little sweet which made it so good!! The tomato and the Tom Yum were the favorite soups of the night. We ordered: Kobe beef belly Prime ribeye Angus boneless short rib Signature Angus beef cut Angus beef brisket Fried bean curd roll 2 fresh egg noodles Black fungus Lotus root slice Napa cabbage Vermicelli Bok choy Assorted tofu combo Korean rice cake Assorted mushroom combo Watermelon passion fruit fizz drink - so good!! Seasoning buffet Tempura shrimp - perfectly fried!! Fried spring roll - crispy deliciousness!! Our bill was $285 before the tip. Everything was phenomenal and we left stuffed. Our vegetarian was extremely happy!! He got lots of noodles, tofu, mushrooms and other veggies! Love this place!

The servers are always friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is great! Loved the food and everything was so easy to access. Would come back.

My first ever Haidilao! I heard about this hotpot chain a few years ago but it's not close to where I live. There is a location about an hour from me but that's just so far to go for dinner. It's a busy place with lots of turnover! The sauce bar was a bit overwhelming for me since there are so many options! I ended up making two sauces, one was mostly sesame sauce, the other was lots of aromatics with soy sauce and sesame oil. We ordered lots of food and had some leftovers. Definitely worth going with a group so you can order lots of food. They had a free kids meal. Would love to come back!
